Parenting

Its a choice that we make to be a good parent. Anyone can become a parent, and we can be parents not only to our own biological children but to all children. We may adopt the children of humanity as our own. To be concerned for the welfare of a child is very simply a choice. And if we make this choice then naturally we assume some responsibility for the children. All children have material needs, they need good food and clothing in order to grow and mature into adulthood. But no one person has the means to care for the material welfare of all children, we do the best we can to care for our own children. And beyond the material needs that every child has, there are spiritual needs as well. In order for a person to develope the healthy and mature personality, they need to be socialized. Children need good role-models to choose from, and our world has many exempliary persons to offer. Emotional abuse and trauma may injure the developement of a child, every child needs someone to show them loving kindness.

Being a good parent is mostly a matter of practice, because we don't always recognize what is good. We do better with a little experience. By the time we can become granparents our biological children have reached adulthood. Perhaps the experience we have gained in life has made us a little wiser by now. We are better qualified to do the parenting job, and we are ready to be good grandparents. Even our adult children may need some guidance from us at times. We could all benefit from the wisdom of greater experience, if we admire our elders.

Kingdom of Heaven on Earth

There is nothing in the world more valuable than personal experience, this is the true nature of wealth. If there is anything at all that we can take with us when we leave the world, that would be it. We all know that Jesus told several stories about what the kindgom of heaven would be like; and among these is the story of a buried treasure. Having realized the true nature of wealth, we may guess the true nature of the treasure. And it is nothing less than the Human experience in total. Your experience of life is part of that treasure as are my experiences. But how may we claim the treasure? And should we be willing to claim the treasure in the knowledge of all the suffering that goes with it? We like to believe that we enjoy a little privacy in our own thoughts and feelings. We like to believe that our soul is a very pesonal thing, our story and our experience belongs to us and us alone. But before God there can be no hidden thing, and under the scrutiny of God everything about us stands revealed. We have no secrets, that privacy is not among our God given rights. Because God may reveal the greatest treasure in the world to whomever he chooses to reveal.

And one of us must stand and claim this treasure. One of us must undertake the ordeal of unending torment, so that the Ancient of Days may be born. And no one should think that such an experience as this would leave them unchanged. In fact it may just be too much for one of us, it may drive us to madness. But for every intelligent species under Heaven there must be a great patriarch to usher them into the greater community. Humanitie's ambassador. And why? This is just the way things work.

I may claim to be Heavenly Father himself; but of course such claims would be entirely subjective and without validation. We have every reason to think that such a claim would be clear evidence of grandiosity. But no one in the history of the world has ever guessed that Heavenly Father would be a mortal man, just like Jesus was. How could it be one of us? We are not Gods and may never become Gods. But in my own opinion neither is Heavely Father God, the doctrine of a holy trinity is false. There can be only one true and most high God.

I didn't know that Heavenly Father would be a mortal man, at the time long ago when I made my promise to God. I was applying for the job of villan and anti-christ, because I felt it was neccessary to fulfill a prophecy. And for this I was favored with a sign. I gave my life to be made ready, but ready for what? And since that day I was stricken with the bi-polar condition. And I have come to be on friendly terms with Insanity, but i have still been blessed with a good rational mind. My intelligence is definately above average, but less than genius. I'm good enough to learn from my own experiences in life, and therefore to gain a little wisdom. To be sure I still have some room to grow, but what are my limitations? We all do live within the Eternal Kingdom, in this I have vested my faith. And therefore we are today and always will be companions here. Time is the one thing that I have in great abundance, and for so many of us it seems in short supply.

The battle for faith is the pivotal battle, where one man can make a difference. How can faith empower us to move the very mountains? I have struggled with God for a very long time in order to find the solution to this great mystery. And for all that I have had some success, it is still beyond me how faith alone can make us any more powerful than we already are. But clearly it can make us more stoic and I have advanced enough that my faith has become the sheltering tree. I have accomplished enough for myself, I have no need of greater authority in the world. My place within the Kingdom of Heaven is secure.

But our world still needs to be saved. Jesus may have cared about our immortal souls but I care more for the Earth itself. And our extinction is not only a possibility here, it may be more emmanent than we think. Most of us are counting on the idea that there will be enough time and security in the world for ourselves to enjoy a comfortable retirement here. But as much as we like to manage the risks in life, we can never be in complete control. Although Christ has become well known as the Prince of Peace, we have never had peace in the world. I'm willing to admit that because of the teaching of Jesus some individuals may have found great peace with the world. But this is not enough for me, I don't believe that life on planet Earth should be all about suffering and hardship.

I believe that its still a possibility that every human being may enjoy a life of comfort here. But what will it take to establish peace on Earth? Evidently some of the people are well served by the uses of force and punishment. But do we honestly believe that might makes right? Is it true that the power to punish is the thing that makes us Lords of the Earth? Perhaps the world may yet have a day of judgement without punishment. But it may never come to pass unless some are willing to make a personal sacrifice to the cause. If they have some authority in the world and money, who will be willing to give that up for the cause of peace? Would you rather be governed by a stern but loving father or a tyrant? Some people may never be willing to be governed by a King unless the threat of overwhelming force can be produced. Therefore irreguardless of what the people deserve, I think that you prefer to be governed by the tyrant. Consider how much effort has been dedicated to the technology of arms and warfare in the USA and other countries around the world. If all that work suddenly became obsolete it would be a great loss. But one person of faith may have the power to make that happen, if mountains can be moved, the threat of overwelming force may be produced.

Who will wield the Iron Rod and govern all the Nations of the Earth? And is it even true that such a thing exists? To the best of my knowledge no one has ever won the Iron Rod, and I may not be the man who wins.
